Phuong Thu Ky Doan
I'm Computer Scientist
About
Hello! I’m Phuong Thu Ky Doan, a second-year Computer Science student at the University of Lincoln, passionate about Computer Vision and its applications in Robotics. I am aspiring to pursue a PhD in this field. My recent work includes leading research at the Lincoln Centre for Autonomous Systems, where I improved 3D point cloud segmentation and optimized DBSCAN with OpenMP and CUDA. I am also leading a team in developing a robot waiter project that integrates gesture recognition, navigation, and speech interaction, aiming for real-world testing with the TIAGo robot.
Computer Science & Robotics.
I have a strong passion for Computer Vision in Robotics and a goal of pursuing a PhD in the field.
